Service Description
This coaching could be useful to everyone however if you have issues surrounding the following areas I believe this will be enlightening and empowering for you: Self Sabotage Fear of Failure Setting Boundaries Self Love Self Worth Body Image Prioritising your Health and Wellbeing Saying No People Pleasing Relationships Fears around Money £50 a session with the workbook for free plus a free energy session at the end of each block (must complete one coaching session per block minimum), with an email catch up and one video call catch up.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please give 24 hours notice, if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice you may be charged 50% of your appointment fee.
