Today's thought is a stark reminder to us that the most put together, dignified people sometimes make a fool of themselves just as much as we can.
Remember Madonna falling off the stage at the stage at The Brit Awards in 2015? She picked herself up and kept going with thousands of people watching.
Dave Grohl, he's now fallen off stage a few times and each time he's kept going with thousands of eyes on him, including with a broken leg.
Steve Harvey and Warren Beattie have announced the wrong winners on live awards ceremonies and had to correct themselves.
And there's lots of footage of models falling or stumbling on the catwalk and they keep going.
For the minor step backs, boo boos, mistakes we make is the key to keep going, rectify anything we need to and move forward and when the times right laugh about it. We're all human at the end of the day, we all make mistakes, life isn't about perfection, it's about the memories and the lessons we learned along the way. And just remember that very few things in life are set in stone, mistakes can be rectified and learned from. It also never harms to go back to the drawing board. It always does us good actually to go back to the drawing board and look at things we've tried in the past and reassess why it didn't work, what could be done differently etc.
So don't be afraid of falling or making a step, they make up our life and the life lessons.
