Get a head start on the day

Each and everyone of us is made of flesh, blood, bones. Muscles and this is a physical expression is of an energy vibration. And everything we experience in our day to day lives is also made of vibrational energy.

It’s through this vibrational energy that we attract certain experiences.  If we start our day in the wrong way, you may notice that the rest of your day doesn’t go right. Or, if you wake up in an incredible mood, for no particular reason, and you feel like you could take on anything, you bounce out of bed and any challenge that comes your way you’ll take on with a smile on your face.

The question is how we get to grips with this, and do we harness all that good stuff. The answer is, with understanding our vibrational energy.


Each and every day I start the day by listing three things I am grateful for, I then work through my affirmations and goals, stating them like I already have them. I look at my to do list, I set myself 2 questions and a thought and I go and grab my breakfast. Then I repeat this exercise before I go to sleep at night.

By cultivating gratitude, love and using goals, empowering thoughts and affirmations I am setting the tone for the day.  When I meet challenges or tough situations, I leave the situation and ask myself what I can learn from it. What bits I can take responsibility for, which bits I can I know I couldn’t control but influence and which bits I could neither control nor influence.

The key is to work each day on our vibrations, intentions and gratitude.
