Let the moon help you kiss 2020 goodbye!

I hope you had a lovely Christmas in whatever you were doing, we had a lovely time with our family, and ate our own bodywight in food! I won't lie and say the diet starts monday.

I'm going to kickstart this blog with some information surrounding this weeks energies. This week we are dealing with some highly intense energies as we move into the Cancerian Full Moon, at the same time the small planetary body, Chiron, the wounded healer. This is likely to cause us to feel anxious, emotional, and leading us to experience emotional upheaval.

Importantly you need to be caring, nurturing and soothing your soul.

With this being under a water sign I would recommend using moon water or moon baths to help you cope and manage the energies. Archangel Muriel and Archangel Gabriel will be particularly active with us at this time, as Archangel Muriel is the Cancerian Ruler and Moon is the planetary influence for cancer and the Archangel who rules the moon is Gabriel. If you are looking to perform a cord cutting then I would recommend you call in angels from four directions using the above two angels and Archangel Michael for the cord cutting and Archangel Rapahel for healing.

So then, I'm going to move on how to my Full Moon Ritual for this Cancerian Full Moon.

Full Moon in Cancer December 2020 Ritual

This is the last full moon of the year and bringing about the end of a cycle as we started 2020 with a full moon in cancer. We are being given the opportunity to dissolve the bonds with this year, time to take stock of the lessons we have learned this year. The energies that are coming with this may leave us feeling anxious, with heightened emotions, weighed down, as we may feel like we are being dragged back as old wounds are coming up that require being resolved. Chiron also comes square with Moon on the same day so we are also being particularly pushed by spirit to addess those issues around the mother/feminine wounds and father/masculine wounds.

The Full Moon peaks at 3:31am GMT so I would recommend you do this tonight, but it can be done up to Friday.

What you'll need:

1. Cleansing Tool (Smudging stick, incense, singing bowls, tingshas, crystals, aura spray etc) Pen and Paper

2. A bowl of water Dried herbs, petals, salt

3. Scissors String/Ribbon or something to cut for the cord cutting

Use your cleansing tool to cleanse your aura before you begin use a cleansing prayer that you either channel or you already know. I have also included my own prayer that I use for full moon's.

"May my aura be cleansed, may my light shine bright. May any and all that is heavy leave my heart space tonight. May my physical body radiate health, may my emotional body radiate joy, may my spirit body be in peace. May my life be forever blessed. Mote it be, Mote it be, Mote it be."

Preapre your water by placing your petals and herbs.

Then focus on what you want to let go of and heal from 2020 and what you are ready to release about mother/father wounds, masculine/feminine energies? Write all of these down and when you are finished submerge them in the water.

Then settle down for meditation and invite in Archangel Muriel, Archangel Gabriel, Archangel Raphael and Archangel Michael. Archangel Michael will be doing the cord cutting and the others will be helping to release, bring light and heal creating new space. When you feel the meditation and the ritual are complete, cut your piece of ribbon\string.
