Opening up to the possibilities... and the door to my therapy room

So we are in a new month and I have so much to tell and share and I am so excited!

This has been an absolutely jam packed and exciting week, it started with the news that I can reopen my face to face sessions next week, and I'm so pleased, I've missed seeing all your faces.

So whether it's readings, reiki, crystal healing, angelic healing, access bars, meditations, crystals or book purchases my doors are once again open. Online sessions are still available and you are not local.

On Wednesday we had a beautiful Angelic Connection Circle, we had some amazing connections, some we're deeply personal and emotive, it was a beautiful night. Our next circle is the New Moon in Aries Circle on Monday at 6:30pm which I'm very excited about, its going to be a powerful moon for manifesting under. This is a great time to set intentions, create vision boards, and to make progress on your goals and what we choose to focus on expands, and this new moon is going to be powerfully magnetic. And what feels like the biggest news and one of my biggest accomplishments in my career is..... I launched a workbook! This is my first eBook and I am so so grateful that it has already been well recieved and within 13 hours I was getting sales through.


This workbook is a 63 day journey of self and personal development helping you to witness the fears and blocks that are holding you back.

The workbook contains daily exercises, journalling and meditations (links in the workbook) to help you come back to love through awareness, your own inner guidance and the universe.

Group Coaching sessions: £90 per person for 7 sessions with a minimum of 4 people with the workbook for free. 1-1 Coaching Sessions: £50 a session with the workbook for free plus a free energy session at the end of each block (must complete one coaching session per block minimum), with an email catch up and one video call catch up.
