A month of love before a month of magic

And just like that its September and all the coffee is pumpkin spice or cinnamon flavoured. But before we dive in deep into September, I thought we’d do a run down of August. August was quite a busy month, which I was grateful for. Our crystal sale went down a storm, which is still ongoing by the way. We had lots of first time customers coming in looking to test out the benefits of energy healing, particularly reiki and chakra balancing.
I also re-launched our crystal baubles, these can be used on your Halloween tree, on your Christmas tree or you can display them all year round, these baubles can be personalised down to the ribbons, a larger crystal placed in them, or a specific crystal being placed inside.
I have also formed a partnership with All Star Learning and All Star Training, here I will be providing my spiritual development courses now all my courses are available online via an academy:
Keep your eyes peeled for more courses being loaded onto the academy over the next month!
On a personal note, it was my gentle giant’s 40th Birthday, so we spent a few days together celebrating with family.
Now we’re into September the month kicked off with my youngest daughters 15th birthday *gulp*, we had a beautiful visit to Grizedale Forest, followed by cake and ice cream, and then when we got home we had more cake followed with a movie.
On 6th September I am starting to work with WeCan Cumbria to deliver sleep workshops, these workshops I will be working with people to give them help, guidance and tips on how to get a more restful nights sleep. This will include things like meditation, important sleep hygiene guidance and other holistic wellness approaches to being better rested. In November last year I started delivering Mindfulness Meditation sessions for WeCan, this was designed to help people manage stress and isolation during difficult and challenging times. So, I felt very grateful when I was asked in the summer to deliver sleep workshops starting this month. WeCan is part of iCan Health and Fitness CIC. They are a community led hub in Carlisle providing support & advice across Cumbria to encourage improved mental wellbeing, healthier lifestyles, and rehabilitation. If you are local to Carlisle and you would like to attend the sleep workshop (which may I add is FREE) they are every Monday at 11am, you can get in touch with Jenna to book your place here https://www.facebook.com/WeCanCarlisle
There are also other events being run by amazing people so check out the below graphoc on their September timetable.

Next week (Week Commencing 6th September), I have very limited appointment availability, so I would recommend if you were wanting to book in for a reading or healing session do so quickly, as after next week my next available appointment is Wednesday 15th September at 8:30am.
On Thursday 16th September I am holding my first card reading circle, the face to face spaces is fully booked, I do online availability so if you would be happy to attend via Zoom, please let me know. Spaces are £5 each. https://fb.me/e/2zKFzcVe4
On Wednesday 22nd September I’m holding my first spiritual development circle this session will be focusing on spiritually protecting yourself, important when you’re working with spirit, but also connecting with a spirit guide. I only have two face to face spaces left for this session, so if you’re interested, please secure your space now. You can also attend this session online via Zoom. Spaces are £5. https://fb.me/e/1FjAvIP9B
On Thursday 23rd September I’m holding a beautiful autumn equinox meditation sessions, welcoming in my favourite season of the year, all the crisp leaves, the views are even more stunning, and we have also been shown by nature the magic of letting go. I have 3 face to face spaces left for this meditation session which promises to be a special one. I also have online spaces via Zoom available, the cost to attend the meditation session is £5. https://fb.me/e/6VvfrZWNg
And the last session that I’m holding is a simple calming meditation on 29th September. This meditation we will be focusing on calming energy designed to help us have a relaxing night and help us easily settle down for sleep when we head to bed. This session is face to face but there is an option to join online. The cost is £5 per person. This session may also be beneficial who dread Mercury Retrograde, which will have started a few days ahead of this event. https://fb.me/e/1TPgV7NFf
This month is pretty packed, not just professionally but also personally, as I mentioned at the start it was my youngest’s birthday on 1st September, this month also is my first wedding anniversary and my eldest daughter’s 18th birthday!
We’re planning on heading back to Buttermere for a day for our wedding anniversary, to relive the magic of our special day.

In terms of my daughter’s 18th, she’s said she doesn’t want a fuss, we’ll do something the night before more than likely as she’s at Sixth Form the day of her birthday.
We have a new moon in Virgo on 7th September 1:50amGMT and this new moon is bringing with it the winds of change which are being weaved throughout September. Typically, a new moon is used for manifesting and welcoming in new intentions, so this month I would recommend focusing on healing and letting go of anything that has happened over the 9 years and 9 months as we are in a powerful 99 month. So, I would definitely recommend using this new moon to let go and then to manifest. Let go of what is no longer serving you or that has weighed heavy on you for the past 9 years, apply compassion and forgiveness liberally, and get out into nature, move your body, and connect with flowers herbs and crystals (look out for my blog for my Virgo new moon ritual). With this being a Virgo new moon, this is an excellent moon to connect with the Goddess Persephone, I would recommend doing healing with her to heal the mother wounds we carry. Whether this is linked specifically to our own mothers or whether this is referring to a generational/transferred feminine wound.
On 7th September Mercury enters the shadow period, so this will be a time where things start slowing down, giving us time to review and rest.
September 9th is the opening of the 99 gateway, this number is associated with completions, leadership, divine wisdom, so how do you need to use your wisdom to light the way for others, and how do you need to show up for yourself in your own life. If you are a life path number 9, (which I am), then this is a highly powerful day for you, so use the energies to tap into your full potential. In astrology the number 9 also strongly links to Aries and Sagittarius, so if this is your sun sign tap into these energies. A couple of days later we have another important numerology day, which 11th September, 911, this is linked to the path of the lightworker. If you consider yourself to be a lightworker, you may feel a strong pull to work or connect with intuitive/healing energies today. If you are unsure what a lightworker is the easiest way to describe lightworkers would be as beings who feel an enormous pull towards helping others. Typically, they are healers, empaths, psychics, sensitives, manifestors, and astral travellers. If you are local to Carlisle there is Body, Mind, Spirit event on at Morton manor on this day as well as a Yoga Day, which will be held in six different locations throughout the city.

Then on 21st September at 12:55amGMT the Full Moon peaks in Pisces, this is set to be a watery, and emotional full moon, set to come with a sense of confusion, you may feel a bit clouded or foggy mentally and emotionally. This will be a full moon for tuning into what your intuition is telling you, tune into those gut feelings. If something doesn’t feel quite right take time out to feel into it, you don’t need to dive straight in.
Then on 22nd September we are greeted with the Autumn Equinox, this will be a turning point in the energies as we are moving into a transitional time, for healing, growing, and balancing. This is also the date of the start of Libra season.
And then finally on 26th September, we have reached Mercury retrograde in Libra, so be patient, be prepared to review, revise, resit, rebalance, and reenergise. Mercury Retrograde gets a bad rep but really what we are being reminded of is to slow down, give ourselves extra time than what we think, and to double check plans, instead of assuming and diving feet first. Take your time and dip your toe. Mercury will be in retrograde until 18th October, then it will be in its post retrograde shadow phase so things may still seem a bit slow, but things will improve, Mercury should be completely out of the shadow phase by 1st November.
September is a month of shifts and love, preparing us for the magic of October. And I honestly can’t wait!
Sending lots of love and light for the month ahead
Marie
